Will the work drag on?

We agree a sequenced programme before mobilisation and report progress against it. Changes get raised in writing while there's still time to react, not discovered at the end.

Will my property be damaged?

Protection goes in before demolition starts. Floors, joinery, fixtures and access routes are covered, dust screens are sealed, and the site is cleaned at the end of every working day.

Who's actually in charge?

One named supervisor owns your project and stays your point of contact from the first survey through to handover. You never have to chase a call centre.

The scope defines the price. Variations only come from changes you instruct or from genuinely concealed conditions, and both are documented and agreed before anyone proceeds.

What happens with defects?

We inspect jointly at completion, log every item with photographs and close them out before we ask you to accept the work.

Can I live there during the works?

Often yes. Occupied properties are phased with sealed zones, agreed working hours and controlled access so the rest of the home stays usable.

Do you work with my own designer or architect?

Happily. We're used to building to someone else's drawings, and we'll flag buildability issues early rather than quietly working around them.

What do you need to give me a price?

A site visit, or drawings and a finishes schedule if you have them. Scope, access and specification drive the number, so we won't quote blind.
