Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing the site or submitting an enquiry you accept them.
Information on this website
Content published here describes the type of work Pertuus carries out in the United Arab Emirates. It's general information, not an offer, a quotation or professional advice. No price, programme or scope is binding until it is issued in writing and accepted by both parties in a signed agreement.
Scope of works and regulatory approvals
Construction, renovation and fit-out works in the UAE may require permits, approvals or no-objection certificates from the relevant authority, developer or owners association. Any works we undertake are carried out within the scope permitted for the project, and responsibility for obtaining approvals is confirmed in the written scope for each project.
Enquiries and the website assistant
Our website assistant provides general guidance only. It does not issue prices, timelines, approvals or professional engineering, legal or regulatory advice, and its responses do not bind Pertuus. Send only the information needed to describe your enquiry; don't submit confidential documents, identity documents or payment details through this website.
Images and project material
Some images on this site are visualisations produced to illustrate the type, standard and style of work described, rather than photographs of a specific completed Pertuus project. Where a project is presented as our own completed work, it is identified as such.
Intellectual property
The Pertuus name, logo, page content, layout and imagery are owned by Pertuus or used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference. You may not copy, reproduce or republish the material commercially without written permission.
Third-party links and channels
This site links to third-party services, including WhatsApp. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Pertuus is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory obligations that apply to executed construction works.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute relating to this website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
